Step 1: Establish A Budget And Get A Quote

This is why we take great care in gathering a detailed inventory list of all the items that need moving to get an idea of the space and what services may be required along the way.
Step 2: Plan And Prepare
Your Home
Pack and prepare your home before the moving day. Doing a little everyday will help in keeping it simple and stress free. Donate the things you may not need, and pack away things you wont be using until moving day. If you need help packing, we can offer that on moving day, just let your moving dedicated agent know ahead of time.
Step 3: The Big Day
On moving day, the crew will wrap and protect any bigger items that are being loaded. They will also tag each item using the color tagging system that we have in place to ensure that every item that is loaded is delivered. A copy of the detailed inventory list is provided to you at completion along with the bill of lading.
Step 4: Arrive At Destination
As your delivery date is approaching, Atlantic Van Lines will contact you to co-ordinate a delivery date. Dispatch team will be in touch with you to co-ordinate a date and time or offer you storage needs if required. Your final billing will be confirmed in advance to allow you time to confirm and arrange payment terms. Should you require assistance in unpacking or disposal of old boxes, this service can also be arranged in advanced with your sales agent.
